Return & exchange
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a refund for any reason and without penalties.
The simplified refund procedure is only valid for orders shipped to Italy.

A refund request for orders placed with the help of a registered user is executed quickly and easily and can be executed by email smartswimsuits@gmail.com

The product must be sent back in the same condition in which you received it: not worn, not washed, not modified in any way and equipped with all its tags and accessories.

If the product that you have decided to return has signs of wear or is missing elements and / or accessories (ad. For example, fasteners, laces, buckles, etc.), your right to recall will be revoked, and we will send back the purchased product without issuing a refund. The refund must be sent from the same country in which the order was placed. We do not accept returns from another country. After verifying the integrity of the returned item/item, we will refund you within 15 business days using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
PRODUCT CHANGE
If you need to change the size or color of the product(s), you can activate the procedure online and request a replacement of the purchased product(s) easily and quickly by email smartswimsuits@gmail.com

When choosing the "exchange of goods" option, you will not pay for a refund if you decide to respond by our courier. You will not pay for a new delivery to have your new order arrive.

As soon as we check the integration of the goods/received goods, we will respond to your exchange.
RETURN POLICY
After the integrity of the goods and seals is disputed, RODASOLEIL will return the money to the buyer within 30 working days from the date of return of the goods.

Customer Service will provide RODASOLEIL with bank details (only in the case of payment on delivery orders) in order to receive a refund of the amount paid, not including the shipping costs originally paid.
